Although it is more expensive than the Chinese and Indian weather balloons, its quality is far superior. This enables you to achieve higher altitudes with a smaller weather balloon, less helium, and less overall cost. This smaller balloon will reach altitudes that are typically only seen with our competitor's larger 600 g balloons.

In the spring of 2014 we flew a 400 g payload with our 350 g balloon to an altitude of 30 km / 99,000 ft! The current altitude record for our 350 g balloon flying our Eagle Pro Kit is 27,746 m / 91,030 ft.
